Associate

Peter is an associate in our corporate and commercial litigation team, acting for a range of international and domestic clients in complex commercial and financial services High Court litigation.

Peter advises on general commercial and corporate disputes including contractual, shareholder and agency disputes, as well as advising clients on alternative dispute resolution including expert determination and mediation. He has acted for multinational and domestic corporations, including various FTSE100  corporations, governments and public bodies. 

Peter also has experience advising UK and international banking and finance institutions on financial services disputes including commercial finance and private wealth disputes. He is also experienced in bringing and defending judicial review claims brought by private corporations and interest groups.
