Guérin focuses on civil and commercial litigation matters before French jurisdictions and arbitral tribunals.

Guérin is admitted to the Paris bar. He specialises in international disputes, notably on maritime, aviation, insurance and reinsurance issues, as well as in the energy, transportation and defence sectors. He is also experienced in product liability and industrial risks.

In addition, Guérin serves as a naval officer in the national guard.

Guérin holds a Post-Master's degree in International Private Law and International Business Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. He also graduated with a specialised Master in Law and International Management from HEC.

Guérin speaks French and English.
