Clifford is involved in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including asset tracing and fraud, urgent applications for freezing injunctions and disclosure orders.
Clifford also advised both employers and employees in various industries and sectors on employment disputes and data protection and privacy matters.
He obtained his JD and PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to reading law, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
Clifford was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022 and joined Stephenson Harwood as an associate in 2024.
Clifford speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin fluently and can read and write both traditional and simplified Chinese.
